Gwen Dittmar is a coach and guide for individuals who want to use all of their human experiences as an opportunity to heal, learn, and expand. Gwen integrates a Master Degree in Spiritual Psychology, Professional Coaching Certification, Quantum Human Design, Breathwork and Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner Certification, along with 19 years of sobriety, and a lifetime of learning through her own life.

She has traveled to the other side in a near death experience at 14 years old and lives life from the knowing of what is beyond the human realm.

Gwen has moved through the depths of high functioning addiction and knows the path to surrender and peace. Gwen created success in climbing the corporate ladder in an 18-year career in research and knows what it feels like to walk away from it all to follow her soul's calling. Gwen has also courageously chosen the journey of divorce and single motherhood to honor her heart's knowing.
